1. Go to Plusportals.com/flatbush
2. Click on the words "Can't Access Your Account?" on the login screen.
3. On the new screen, enter your FULL email address and you will get an email from the system
4. Open the email and click on the long blue link in the email and
5. In the new screen, enter your FULL email address again and enter a new password (twice) and click continue (it sometimes gives an error that this is not the correct login name - but ignore it).
6. Then go back to the login screen and login with your FULL email address again and use the new password
